All immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, immigration department, embassy, consulate or other authorized agency. The final decision is entirely outside the control of HARLEX

Immigration laws, regulations, policies, eligibility requirements, processing times, fees and procedures may change without prior notice.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, HARLEX cannot guarantee that all information will remain current or applicable to every individual situation.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and genuine supporting documents.

HARLEX is not responsible for delays, refusals, cancellations, inadmissibility or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or undisclosed information provided by the client.

Any processing time communicated by HARLEX is an estimate based on information available at the time. Actual processing times are determined by the relevant immigration authority and may vary.

Delays caused by government authorities, security checks, background checks, document verification, administrative processing or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of HARLEX

Consultancy fees and government application fees are separate unless otherwise stated in writing.

Government fees, biometric fees, medical examination fees, translation fees, courier charges and documents attestation fees are non-refundable.

For all immigration programs, HARLEX does not guarantee employment, salary, job placement, promotion, or future employment opportunities.

Information provided by clients may be used for the purpose of assessing eligibility and preparing applications.

HARLEX does not support or participate in the submission of fraudulent documents, false information, misrepresentation or any other unlawful activity.

If a client provides false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents the consultancy may refuse or discontinue services, subject to applicable contractual terms and law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HARLEX shall not be liable for decisions, refusals, delays, policy changes, processing issues or other actions taken by immigration authorities that are beyond the consultancy's reasonable control.
